Ray and Cathy were always helpful, easy to talk to and highly professional in all their dealings with us. Both phone and email contact worked exceedingly well.  Our redirection to a range of Post Offices around the country worked like a charm.  We had every confidence in Ray and Cathy's service and advice. Reception staff were helpful and easy to talk to. The 1800 number is a great asset as far as we are concerned.  In the most remote places a phone is more likely to be available than internet access or mobile phone access.

We'd both like to take this opportunity to say a big thanks for your services so far, we've found Portmail (& yourselves) to be helpful, easy, reliable & an all round great service.
